Congratulations to the Matrics of 2017
The King’s School Robin Hills is immensely proud of the Matric class of 2017. The group approached their final examination with determination and drive, securing a 100% pass rate for the school for the 20th consecutive year since the first IEB Matric group started in 1997.
We commend all the persevering learners, who, along with their dedicated teachers and devoted parents, showed great commitment in finishing the year and their school careers on a high note.
Among the 44 Matric learners, 69 As, 112 Bs and 75 Cs were achieved with 6 learners achieving averages of above 80% and 19 additional learners achieving averages of above 70%.
The following learners achieved remarkable results:
Achieving an ‘A’ aggregate and 6 distinctions, Hyeon-Ah Byun and Skyler Franzen
Achieving an ‘A’ aggregate and 5 distinctions, Noel Odhiambo and Digby Williams
Achieving an ‘A’ aggregate and 4 distinctions, Natalie Schroeder
Bianca Persson achieves an ‘A’ aggregate as well as three distinctions.
We are thrilled that our overall average is again above that of the IEB and we know that persistence, perseverance, and prayer from our learners, staff and parents is what allows us to keep achieving outstanding results year on year. As a family school that has kept God at the centre of our education for the last 34 years, we honour and thank Him for each learner, parent and teacher who has partnered with us.
